    Order Cancellation

    Order cancellation requests can be submitted within 24 hours upon payment, only before the parcel leaves our China warehouse. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

    Return Eligibility

    Returns are accepted within 7 calendar days upon delivery.

    Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged and kept in original packaging.

    Personal reasons including monitor color deviation, improper size and subjective dislike are not eligible for free‑return treatment.

    Return Shipping Arrangement

    All products ship from our China warehouse. The buyer covers full international return shipping fees. Approved returns must be mailed to our designated warehouse address in China; local return addresses within the USA are unavailable.

    Refund Processing

    1. Damaged / factory‑defective items: Please submit clear photos or videos within 48 hours after delivery. We will arrange reshipment or issue partial/full refund after warehouse verification.
    2. Voluntary personal returns: We refund only the product value after receiving and inspecting returned goods. Original outbound shipping expenses are non‑refundable.
    3. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days after inspection.

    Important Reminder

    Shipping delays caused by customs inspection, courier congestion or holiday shopping peaks are not valid grounds for refunds.
