Shipping policy

Free shipping is available for orders shipped to the United States.

All orders are dispatched from our China warehouse through the official HP Packet shipping line.

Standard delivery normally takes 5–12 business days after shipment (business days exclude weekends and official public holidays).

Transit time may be extended slightly due to customs inspection, flight scheduling adjustments, peak shopping seasons or local courier congestion, which are outside our control.
